Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before beginning work.

A deposit may be required to schedule your project. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project needs. You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits are obtained as required by local regulations.

You must notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles before work begins. You are responsible for removing or protecting any items in or near the work area.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability
