VSP Visalia Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor based in Visalia, California. We provide residential construction and installation services including sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, solarium installation, and related services to homeowners in the greater Visalia area and surrounding communities.
Information on our Site describes the services we offer but does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All service engagements begin with a written estimate and are subject to mutual agreement.
We provide free, no-obligation written estimates for all prospective projects. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise specified in writing.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. If conditions at the project site differ materially from what was presented, or if the scope of work changes after an estimate is issued, we may revise the estimate accordingly. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
All prices are in United States Dollars. Applicable taxes, permit fees, and other government-mandated costs may be added to the estimate and will be itemized separately.
Project start dates are scheduled based on mutual availability and are subject to change due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes as promptly as possible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (559) 557-4911 or emailing hello@visaliasunroomsnpatios.com. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a rescheduling fee as described in your written agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement for each project. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project and final walkthrough. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in the written agreement.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and other methods as specified in your agreement. Payment is due within the timeframe stated in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as described in the written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule, without liability for resulting delays.
We obtain required building permits for all projects where permits are legally required under local and state regulations. The cost of permits is typically included in or itemized alongside the project estimate. You are responsible for ensuring that any work performed complies with applicable homeowner association (HOA) rules or deed restrictions. We can assist with permit applications but cannot guarantee permit approval by local authorities.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms - including duration and what is covered - will be stated in the written agreement for each project.
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation due to our work. It does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications made by others after project completion, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions at the property. Any manufacturer warranties on materials or products we install are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSP Visalia Sunrooms & Patios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of our Site, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current developments.
All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of VSP Visalia Sunrooms & Patios or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any legal proceeding. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the governing law and venue provisions below.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulare County, California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
